Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before
using the http://www.abtca.org (“the Website”) owned and operated by All Breed Training Club
of Akron (hereinafter “ABTCA”). Accessing or using the Website constitutes your agreement to
be bound by these Terms. ABTCA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time
without prior notice. Your use of this site following any modification constitutes of Use as
modified.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, to learn about ABTCA, and/or to purchase a
membership, and register for classes. You may not use this website for any purpose that is
prohibited by law or regulations or to facilitate the violation of any law or regulation. We may
permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Website without notice and
liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these
Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your
account and/or any services at any time.

Purchases
If you wish to purchase a membership, or any classes, seminars or events (“Item”) made
available through the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your
purchase including, but not limited to, your name, mailing address, phone number, email
address, credit card information, and information about your dog(s), including immunization
information. You understand and agree that you are responsible for reading the full description
of the Item(s) you are registering for prior to completing the checkout process.

Your Information/Account
You understand that are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and
password to the Website, and for restricting access to your computer, and agree to accept
responsibility for all activity that occurs through your account or password. You must provide
ABTCA with accurate and complete information and must update the information when it
changes. ABTCA does not allow for the creation of an Online Account by a person under the age
of eighteen. With respect to an Online Account, this means the parent or guardian must establish,
maintain and submit information on behalf of the minor.

Posting to this Website
You agree that any posting or submission you make to the site may be refused, edited, removed,
or modified, by ABTCA without notice and you waive any rights you may have with respect to
such editing or modification or notice. By submitting anything to the site, you grant ABTCA a
perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, license to the submission to ABTCA. ABTCA
reserves the right to refuse, delete, move or edit any of the submissions in its sole discretion.
Except as provided in the Privacy Policy, ABTCA does not guarantee that your submissions to
the site will be private.  You should not provide submissions or post content that you want to
remain private.

Intellectual Property, copyrights and logos
The Website and all materials therein, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics,
logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all

Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of ABTCA. Except as
explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under
any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute,
copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create
derivative works thereof.

Indemnification
You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the Website.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ABCTA, its affiliates, and their respective
directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and any third-party providers to the
Website, service or content from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs
(including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages),
and reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting or arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the
Website, or the content, or any violation of the Terms and Conditions or any breach by you or
any user of your account of any of your representations and warranties. You agree that these
Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related
hereto shall be governed by Ohio law.

Limitation of Liability
ABTCA assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
on the Website. Further, ABTCA assumes no liability or responsibility or for any unauthorized
access to, or use of, the Website or any personal information stored therein.
